2. Description of Service

Percsploit provides game modification tools and scripts for educational and entertainment purposes. Our services include access to scripts, a user dashboard, and customer support.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• One license key may only be used by one person
• Account sharing or reselling is strictly prohibited

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share, resell, or distribute your license key or our scripts
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our software
• Use our services for any illegal purposes
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities instead of reporting them
• Harass other users or staff members

5. HWID Resets

Hardware ID (HWID) resets are limited based on your subscription plan. Abuse of the HWID reset system may result in account suspension.

6. Refund Policy

• Percsploit has a strict NO refund policy
• Chargebacks will result in permanent blacklist from all services

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or game patches may temporarily affect functionality.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms, without prior notice or refund.

9. Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of our software, including but not limited to game bans.

• Technical Data: Hardware ID (HWID), IP address, and device information
